Purpose: To manage the service department effectively.

Reporting Lines:
You will report into the Depot Manager
Focus areas of the role:
The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas:
Checking of hire equipment (Service Red Pen Checks)
Managing major and minor repairs to ensure highest equipment availability
Keeping statutory training up to date
Ensuring workshop and yard compliance
Processing workshop staff timesheets
Ensure regular communications with staff regarding performance targets, objectives, and the group\’s activities
Cost analyst: Analyse the weekly purchase order report, to cost save and highlight overspending across the depot.
Assisting in the recruitment of workshop fitters as required
