Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities on a major data centre project in Leeds.
- Develop, implement and maintain project quality management plans and procedures.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across all construction packages.
- Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, testing and quality documentation.
- Manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements and non-conformance reports.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement across the project.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate project records.
- Support commissioning, snagging and final handover activities.
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong background in data centres or complex commercial/industrial developments.
- Excellent knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures and construction standards.
- Experience managing audits, ITPs, non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant quality, construction or engineering qualifications; ISO 9001 experience preferred. xgikmsk
