Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) package on a major data centre project in Leeds.
- Manage the CSA package from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, consultants and suppliers.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements.
- Monitor progress, costs, procurement and resource allocation.
- Oversee civil, structural and architectural construction activities.
- Coordinate CSA works with mechanical, electrical and other project packages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, delays and project risks.
- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong background in data centres or complex commercial/industrial developments.
- Excellent knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction works.
- Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, programmes and project deliverables.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
