- Mechanical Design & Engineering
- Lead the design and development of mechanical building services systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning and public health interfaces, ensuring solutions meet project requirements and relevant industry standards.
- Project Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with electrical engineers, architects, structural engineers and other project stakeholders to coordinate building services designs and resolve technical and spatial coordination issues.
- Technical Calculations & Specifications
- Prepare and review mechanical design calculations, technical reports, equipment selections, specifications and drawings to ensure designs are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose.
- Project Delivery & Client Liaison
- Manage mechanical design packages throughout the project lifecycle, liaising directly with clients and project teams to maintain programme, budget and quality expectations.
- Mentoring & Design Quality
- Support and mentor junior engineers, review design outputs and promote best practice, sustainable engineering principles and high standards of technical delivery across projects.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 4+ years' experience in a similar Mechanical Design Engineer or Building Services Design role. xiskglj
