Job Title:- Senior Quantity Surveyor Location- Reigate Surrey Type:- Perm Salary:- Negotiable With a turnover of over £80 million, one of UK’S Regional Residential/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a No.1 Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years working for a Tier 1 Contractor within New Build/Refurbishment working on projects between £5- £20 million * Run the project as a No.1 * Manage a team of Surveyors * Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position * Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain * Preparation of pre-tender profit plan * Prepare of cash flow forecasts * Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream * Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment * Procuring the work packages for several projects ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the provisions of both the main and sub-contract terms and conditions * Ensuring compliance with the cost plans, close liaison with the Clients Quantity Surveyor, * Value engineering * Final accounts. * Client aftercare Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month\’s notice must be able to travel into Surrey and have worked for a New Build Main Contractor.
