A leading international main contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale data centre projects is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a major campus development in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through final account
  • Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Assessment and agreement of subcontractor valuations and variations
  • Management of change control and cost reporting to senior leadership
  • Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations
  • Ensure commercial compliance with contract terms and project procedures

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Strong MEP commercial experience on data centre or complex building projects
