Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through final account
- Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Assessment and agreement of subcontractor valuations and variations
- Management of change control and cost reporting to senior leadership
- Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations
- Ensure commercial compliance with contract terms and project procedures
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
