Job Title:- Intermediate/ Quantity Surveyor Location-North West London Type:- Perm Salary:- Negotiable With a turnover of over £50 million, one of Uk’s Regional Contractors are seeking an Intermediate /Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Social Housing/Decent homes projects. * Assist with Monthly review of profit reports to ascertain project cost position * Assist with Preparation of monthly valuations both client side and the supply chain * Assist Negotiation and procurement of sub-contractor packages * Assist Preparation of pre-tender profit plan * Assist Management of cost changes throughout project * Assist Preparation of cashflow forecasts * Schedule of rates * Working on External facades, like window replacement * Assist with Agreement of final accounts both upstream & downstream * Assist with Preparation of main contract documentation, collateral warranties, and consultant appointment Ideal candidate must be immediately available, or a month\’s notice must be able to travel into West End and have previous experience working within Social Housing Projects for a Main Contractor valued between £500k Should you meet the above requirements, please send your updated CV to the below email address
