As a Site Coordinator, you’ll lead your team in completing smaller event builds and takedowns while supporting Site Leads on larger projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the high standards Woodhouse is known for. You’ll manage your own team, oversee smaller builds, and support Site Leads on larger projects. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth operations, coordinating resources, and maintaining safety and quality across all stages of the project. You’ll take an active role in the hands-on work of the project, from erecting temporary stables and trade stands to leading your team to meet daily targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and build your leadership skills, with the potential to progress into a Site Lead role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading smaller builds and takedowns: Oversee your team to deliver smaller event builds and takedowns efficiently, ensuring all work meets Woodhouse standards.
  • Supporting larger builds: Assist Site Leads with larger and more complex builds, contributing to smooth operations and timely project completion.
  • Managing a Site Assistant: Oversee and mentor your Site Assistant, delegating tasks effectively, supporting skill development, and ensuring productivity.
  • Workforce coordination: Delegate tasks within your team to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity throughout the project.
  • Hands-on site work: Actively participate in the erection and dismantling of temporary stables and trade stands, guiding your team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Material and equipment management: Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are readily available and properly maintained for each project.
  • Safety and compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols, conducting regular site checks to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Resolve on-site challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations and keep the project on track.
  • Reporting and communication: Keep Site Leads updated on project progress, challenges, and resource needs, ensuring seamless communication across all teams.

Overnight stays and occasional weekend work will be required due to the nature of the role and the need to travel across the UK.
