We are seeking an experienced, polished and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a collegiate and forward-thinking senior support team in Central London, based within an exceptionally supportive and enjoyable workplace.
This is an excellent next-step opportunity for a PA, possibly early on in their career, who enjoys a varied role combining corporate support with private family responsibilities, supporting needs based in the UK and occasionally abroad. The successful candidate will be trusted with a broad range of duties and will take pride in providing a proactive, discreet and seamless service.
The position is primarily office-based and full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9.00amβ5.30pm in their charming London office. There may be very occasional out-of-hours support, so a flexible and accommodating approach is important.
Key responsibilities
Diary and calendar management, coordinating meetings, appointments and commitments
Arranging UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transport and last-minute changes
Managing expenses, reconciling receipts and preparing submissions
Reviewing, checking and processing invoices, including private family and household-related expenditure, internationally
Providing day-to-day private family support, handling personal administration and ad hoc requests with discretion
Liaising with internal colleagues, external suppliers, advisers and household contacts
Organising meetings, preparing documents and ensuring key actions are followed through
Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and confidential information
Supporting wider office administration and contributing positively to the team
About you
Some support/ PA experience, ideally within a fast-paced corporate, private or family office environment
Comfortable balancing professional and private responsibilities with sensitivity and sound judgement
Highly organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
