As part of this expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Kit Cutter to join their late shift production team.
The Role:
- Cutting composite kits using CNC cutting machinery in line with production schedules
- Ensuring materials are prepared and ready for laminating teams on the following shift
- Managing workload effectively to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining equipment, ensuring it is checked, serviced, and operating correctly
- Completing all relevant production documentation accurately and on time
- Working closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Identifying and escalating any issues relating to materials, quality, or production
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (composites experience advantageous)
- Experience operating CNC cutting machinery or similar equipment
