An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire, known for their strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across their operations.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for leading product quality in both customer and production related areas, which would include; containment, investigations, correction, implementation and validation of corrective actions. The successful person will also be responsible for supporting all other departments across the business to ensure they remain compliant to the standards (ISO 9001, IATF16949).
Skills & Experience Needed
- Strong background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 or IATF16949.
- Knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, etc.).
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
