Quality Engineer – Hampshire – Up to £42,000 pa + Benefits – REF 064 £35,000 – £42,000 pa + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire, known for their strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across their operations. As a Quality Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for leading product quality in both customer and production related areas, which would include; containment, investigations, correction, implementation and validation of corrective actions. Skills & Experience Needed: • Strong background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment • Experience with internal & external audits (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF16949, ISO13485 etc) • Knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, etc.) • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that supports career growth and encourages a proactive approach to engineering excellence.
