Maintenance Team Leader – Devon – Up to £45,000 pa + Benefits – REF 085 Maintenance Team Leader Permanent Working Days & Hours Monday – Thursday | 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday | 8:30am – 2:30pm Salary Up to £45,000 pa + Benefits Location Plymouth, Devon An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading global manufacturing organisation as a Maintenance Team Leader, leading a team of Maintenance Engineers and supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing, injection moulding and facility equipment. Working closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams, you will take responsibility for planned maintenance, breakdown support, team development and equipment reliability, while driving continuous improvement across the site. The role combines hands-on technical support with people leadership, making it ideal for an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. Skills & Experience Needed: • Proven experience leading or supervising maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment. • Strong hands-on fault-finding and root cause analysis experience. • Strong leadership, communication and people development skills. • Experience within a Continuous Improvement or TPM environment. • Good understanding of EHS, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
