The Role: Reporting into the Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Final preparation of patterns, moulds, and castings
- Using hand tools, air tools, and abrasives to achieve high-quality finishes
- Working independently where required to meet production demands
- Checking drawings and route card instructions for accuracy and clarity
- Supporting process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition
Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar hands-on environment
