An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global medical device manufacturing organisation that develops, manufactures, and supplies innovative solutions used in applications worldwide. The business is an established, multinational organisation with manufacturing and R&D innovation hubs across the UK and Europe, supplying products globally through both direct sales teams and international distribution networks. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and patient safety, the organisation continues to invest heavily in research and development.
This role supports the delivery of critical R&D projects through the development, validation, and application of analytical methods for medical devices and related materials. It offers hands-on laboratory work within a regulated setting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Degree educated (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline
- Proven ability with Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Experience working within a regulated product environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar preferred)
- Ability to conduct both analytical & physical testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
