Life Sciences Associates are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers, reviewing medical literature
• Performing rigorous strategic and financial analyses, using leading-edge software and techniques, to develop deep understanding of commercial issues
• Collaborating with team members to build on the scientific, medical and technical expertise that you bring to projects, to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client
• Coaching colleagues and transferring skills, offering constructive advice, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture
• The Associate position at L.E.K. is a launch‑pad for your career. As a new Associate you will be supported with a comprehensive initial two‑week orientation programme, followed by thorough monthly training sessions designed to complement your on‑the‑job experience. These cover the full range of skills needed to develop and progress your career within L.E.K., allowing promotion to the Consultant role without attaining an MBA. For those who go on to pursue roles in industry or Private Equity, the highly valuable commercial and analytical skill set, and broad commercial experience of an L.E.K.
