The Digital Data and AI Specialist supports case teams in identifying the right questions, selecting the appropriate data, digital and AI-enabled approaches, and executing analyses that accelerate insight development.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting case teams in identifying the right questions, selecting the appropriate data, digital and AI-enabled approaches, and executing analyses that accelerate insight development.
  • Collaborating with consultants to align digital solutions with project objectives.
  • Applying knowledge of digital, data and AI practices, including proper handling, documentation, and governance of data and models.
  • Contributing to the sales process, including proposals, workshops, and materials that showcase L.E.K.'s digital data & AI capabilities.
  • Supporting the team, contributing to capability building, internal training materials, and awareness initiatives.
  • Investing in your own development, supported by strong senior sponsorship and dedicated time and resources to pursue personal growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of structured problem‑solving and analytical approaches.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, data quality, and data preparation concepts.
  • Basic awareness of statistics and exploratory data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Understanding of data governance principles (e.g., data lineage, responsible data use).
  • Understanding of how digital and analytical methods support consulting work.
