The Role

As a Quality of Education Lead Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with senior leaders and teaching staff across our secondary academies to drive excellence in curriculum design, pedagogy, and outcomes. Youll be part of a forward-thinking central team, supporting schools to deliver high-quality education that transforms lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the development and implementation of high-impact teaching and learning strategies.
  • Support curriculum leaders in designing and refining subject curricula aligned with trust-wide priorities.
  • Deliver professional development, coaching, and mentoring to improve classroom practice.
  • Use data and evidence to evaluate educational quality and inform strategic improvements.
  • Contribute to trust-wide initiatives focused on raising standards and closing gaps.

  • A proven track record of outstanding teaching and leadership within secondary education.
  • Deep understanding of curriculum development, pedagogy, and assessment.
  • Experience in school improvement or working across multiple schools is desirable.
