Required skills and experience

  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design.
  • Strong track record of securing excellent pupil outcomes.
  • Demonstrates innovation and creativity in curriculum development.
  • Understanding of the importance of high attendance and positive school culture.
  • Proven experience across KS1 and KS2.
  • In-depth understanding of the Ofsted framework.
  • Active contribution to the professional growth and development of staff.
  • Clear leadership ambition and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic learning environment.
