Position Overview
The Fashion Operations & Store Management Intern will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth store functioning, maintaining high visual and operational standards, assisting with inventory management, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to content creation for marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising new merchandise deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Store Operations & Visual Standards
- Maintain exceptional store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Support visual merchandising updates and seasonal floor sets
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom are consistently maintained
- Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Support the sales team in delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience
- Assist with customer enquiries in-store and online
- Support clienteling, follow-ups, and appointment preparation
- Help create a positive and memorable customer experience
- Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture new arrivals, styling moments, store visuals, and behind-the-scenes content
