Customer Service Administrator – Permanent Shrewsbury L & C Consulting are working with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their small, existing customer service team on a permanent basis. Based in modern offices, this role will suit a confident, professional applicant with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail. Duties will include (but not be limited to): Take and process orders Deal with customer queries and promote relevant offers etc Check stock availability Process pricing changes, discounts, billing etc Work closely with the Accounts department Update CRM Support the department with various ad hoc, administration duties To be considered for this excellent opportunity within a corporate style organisation, you will have worked in a similar sales support, office based, customer focused role previously. You will possess a high attention to detail, be well organised, motivated, reliable and flexible in your work.You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate well with all levels of customers and have a positive approach.
