Customer Service Administrator β Permanent Shrewsbury
L & C Consulting are working with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their small, existing customer service team on a permanent basis. Based in modern offices, this role will suit a confident, professional applicant with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
1st point of contact via phone and email
Order processing
Update CRM
Support other internal departments inc logistics
To be considered for this excellent opportunity within a corporate style organisation, you will have worked in a similar sales administration or office based, customer focused role previously.
You will possess a high attention to detail, be well organised, motivated, reliable and flexible in your work.You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate well with all levels of customers and have a positive approach.
Monday Friday, 40 hours pw, with holiday up to 25 (+BH) days a year with service.
The Shrewsbury based site is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton,
Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
