A permanent Account Manager position is available in Telford. This exciting role requires some UK travel, so you MUST have a valid UK driver's licence. The full-time role comes with a good salary, a great package (including bonus), and the option to work from home on a hybrid basis (you must live close enough to also work from the Telford office regularly). You will be representing one of the leading industry brands. SaaS experience is crucial.

Duties will include:

  • Account managing a number of key corporate accounts
  • Visiting and keeping in close contact with these accounts
  • Developing all sales opportunities within these accounts
  • Reviewing, actioning, and recording customer feedback
  • Logging, investigating, and resolving all customer complaints
  • Providing management with detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports/information/figures

The role will require occasional UK travel and nights away, so you must be comfortable with this.
