L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-established, privately-owned business, and are seeking a highly skilled Design & Digital Marketing Executive. This is an exciting role for an experienced and motivated digital marketing professional who is eager to make a measurable impact on their online presence and brand performance.
You will take responsibility for maintaining and optimising the company website, ensuring the online vision is delivered effectively and contributes directly to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Writing blogs and other content
- Design & edit the website using Photoshop & other software
- Leverage Google Analytics and other data sources to assess website performance, identify customer behaviour patterns, and inform strategic improvements
- Analyse business performance and market trends, presenting data-driven recommendations to increase traffic, engagement, and sales
- Conduct thorough competitor research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Undertake SEO activities, including site audits, testing, and optimisation, to enhance online visibility and overall website performance
- Continuously monitor key digital metrics and provide actionable insights to strengthen engagement and maximise results across all online channels
- A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative approach and Design experience using Photoshop, Canva etc
- Exceptional organisational, project management, and communication skills, with a strong ability to prioritise effectively
- A results-driven mindset, with the capability to identify and implement innovative approaches that support lead generation and revenue growth
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing with strong technical aptitude and confidence in data interpretation
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical abilities, including the capacity to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and produce clear, insightful reports
- A solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
