Welcome to KFC. Home of the real ones. We sell the world’s best chicken. We’ve done it for a long time—since 1939, when the idea of finger lickin’ good chicken popped into our Colonel’s head. Now, we proudly serve 1000+ communities across the UK and Ireland, bringing the grit, pride and iconic reputation that started in Kentucky all those years ago.
About The Role
Lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and smash performance goals while building a team that doesn't just meet standards but exceeds them. Own the numbers, the vibe, and the experience, keeping everything running smoothly while creating a space where both guests and the team thrive.
What you’ll spend your time doing:
- Lead like you mean it. Take full ownership of the restaurant—drive performance, hit goals, and set the vibe.
- Build a team worth following. Train, coach, and motivate your people so they don’t just meet the standard—they raise it.
- Smash the targets. Own your KPIs and push the team to deliver every shift, every day.
- Keep it tight. Stay on top of the admin—rosters, stock, reporting—to run everything smoothly behind the scenes.
- Make the guest experience unforgettable. Turn first timers into regulars by creating moments that hit different.
What we’d love from you:
- Lead from the front. You’ve managed teams before and know how to bring the best out of people.
- You get people. You build strong teams, handle tough conversations, and create a culture where everyone feels seen.
- You run a tight ship. You know how to keep operations efficient, clean and compliant—even when it’s chaos.
We do things a little differently here. Some restaurants are run by KFC directly (equity team) while others are owned by franchise partners. Benefits may vary depending on location, but the heart, culture and feeling are the same.
What’s in it for you:
- Quarterly bonus that rewards the hustle.
- Extra holiday—more time to recharge.
- Life assurance—coverage for you.
- Free chicken and chips every shift.
- 25% staff discount.
- Gym discounts.
- 200+ high street perks and cashback.
- Wellbeing support that actually helps.
