We are now seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to join our European Sales Group and to lead business growth across key sections of the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building lasting customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering real commercial impact within the electrical industry. The successful candidate will be based in the UK and will report directly to the Director of Commercial.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and grow existing key customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through proactive communication and collaboration
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation
  • Drive business development across new and existing products, customers, and market sectors
  • Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring a smooth handover to design and manufacturing teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity within the CRM system
  • Support marketing initiatives, industry events, and trade exhibitions
  • Provide timely support and information to customers and management teams
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to strengthen brand presence and market growth
