Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe Value Added Services (VAS) Europe du Sud pour une période de 2 mois, rattaché(e) au VP, Partner Deployment and VAS. Au cœur d'un éditeur SaaS international opérant dans la fintech, vous contribuerez aux opérations d'une équipe qui accompagne les clients Kyriba dans la mise en œuvre et l'utilisation de solutions de gestion de trésorerie et de liquidité, une immersion concrète dans l'univers de la tech et de la finance d'entreprise.
Missions
- Value Added Services - Relation client
Recevoir les demandes des clients et répondre à leurs questions (principalement en français, occasionnellement en anglais). Orienter les clients vers les services et/ou formations adaptés. - Value Added Services - Coordination et exécution des projets
Aider le/la VAS Manager à répartir les tâches à réaliser par les équipes d’exécution (affectation du personnel). - Value Added Services - Missions administratives
Saisir et mettre à jour les données administratives dans les systèmes appropriés (Salesforce, DocuSign, Rocketlane, etc.). Participer aux activités administratives liées à la gestion VAS.
Profil recherché
- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et, occasionnellement, en anglais.
- Capacité à interagir par écrit et oralement avec des clients du secteur des services financiers.
- Capacité à suivre simultanément l’avancement de plusieurs dossiers et à identifier les risques et les priorités (important / non important ; urgent / non urgent ; risque élevé / risque faible).
