Role Background
The Value Advisor, part of the Global Business Value Advisory team, partners with current and prospective clients to identify, quantify, justify, and help realize business value. Working with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Accounting, the role assesses finance and procurement processes against best practices and recommends solutions by measuring and articulating the value of a Liquidity and Risk Management System using a proven quantitative methodology. The goal is to support Kyriba sales and clients in identifying and justifying treasury and liquidity management investments, whether transformational or modernization‐focused.
What You'll Do
- Lead business‐case development, with the support of the global Sales team.
- Become a strategic change agent both internally and externally to promote new thinking about Treasury and Liquidity Management, and collaboratively develop initial points of view and cases for change for both existing and prospective clients.
- Fully leverage existing value‐engineering tools.
- Enhance existing value‐engineering tools and methods, including the proposal in implementation of new tools and methodologies.
- Work with Professional Services and Client Success teams to utilize Performance Benchmarks and historical Business Case statistics to improve quantitative value messaging.
- Lead and support value‐based Sales training sessions.
- Deliver both Value Monitoring and Value Realization Services with select strategic customers.
- Support other Sales Enablement initiatives, including new‐hire onboarding, ongoing sales training and sales‐opportunity consulting.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology or Business.
- Master's degree, MBA, preferred.
- 3-5 years of Treasury, Treasury Technology (i.e. cash management, capital markets, FX and interest rate hedging, hedge accounting, etc.) or Corporate Finance experience.
- Experience in Enterprise Software space either as a Value Advisor or Pre‐Sales expert.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills; ability to communicate clear and concisely with C‐Level executives about corporate finance and procurement best practices and solutions; ability to work with a multifunctional team in multiple geographies.
- Critical thinking, creative problem solving and decision‐making skills that balance thoughtful analysis with timely responsiveness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal.
