Examples include market expansion, product and platform strategy, strategic partnerships/M&A, pricing/packaging evolution, and AI roadmapYou’ll join a small and dynamic strategy team and have influence in prioritising the topics you work on. The ideal candidate will combine structured thinking with pragmatic execution and will be comfortable in details and data, as well as synthesis and executive communication. **What you’ll do**1. Strategic Initiatives (~50-60%)* Drive the planning and execution of 1-2 of the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives, focusing on those that require cross-functional collaboration* Work with functional leaders on their own strategic initiatives, providing problem solving support, external perspective / market research, identifying dependencies, and helping to de-bottleneck* Work with the business on an annual VCP / Strategic Plan refresh, ensuring alignment across different business functions – and light touch PMO (milestone tracking)* Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure that strategy and key initiatives align with financial objectives, including input into the annual budgeting and financial planning processes2. Governance & Board Engagement (20%)* Prepare crisp narratives for XCO and Board: strategy updates, scenario plans, operating reviews, and investment cases.* Create executive-ready materials—dashboards, models, and storytelling that drive decisions and alignment.3.
