Kyra is an AI-powered influencer marketing company built to accelerate the creator economy. We work with the world’s most loved brands – from beauty to lifestyle to tech – helping them connect with Gen-Z audiences through storytelling that actually converts. 2025 is a defining year for us. We’re scaling fast across the UK, US, and Europe, building high-performing teams that reflect our values. This role is at the heart of that growth.

The Role

We are hiring a Junior Recruiter to join our People team and support the build-out of world-class teams across Kyra. This is an early-career role where you will be trained directly by our internal Talent Partner. You’ll learn how to manage hiring processes end-to-end, how to spot exceptional talent, and how to run recruitment with the pace, clarity, and high standards Kyra is known for. Perfect for someone who is organised, curious about people, confident communicating, and excited to learn talent acquisition inside a fast-scaling creative/tech company.

What You’ll Do

  • Run candidate sourcing across LinkedIn and relevant communities
  • Screen candidates and assess against Kyra’s values and role criteria
  • Manage scheduling, pipeline updates, and candidate communication
  • Write job ads and outreach messages that feel human and aligned to Kyra
  • Keep Ashby (our ATS) clean, structured, and up to date
  • Build talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Support hiring managers with interview prep, scorecards, and debriefs
  • Ensure every candidate feels respected, informed, and excited about Kyra
  • Contribute to employer branding content and People team projects
  • Bring ideas for how we can improve processes and move faster

This is a role where you will grow quickly — learning recruitment foundations, AI tooling, structured interviewing, and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Bring

We’re not looking for years of experience. We’re looking for potential, work ethic, and a genuine interest in people. You’ll thrive if you:

  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Enjoy speaking with people and asking smart questions
  • Write clearly and confidently
  • Are curious about teams, culture, and hiring
  • Love fast-paced environments and learning by doing
  • Want to develop a career in People, Talent, or HR
  • Are comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic AI tools
  • Bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to step up

You don’t need ATS experience — we’ll train you on Ashby.

Why Kyra

  • You’ll be trained by a senior Talent Partner who will teach you recruitment strategy, AI in hiring, and how to run world-class processes
  • You’ll get exposure to creative, commercial, campaign, and tech hiring
  • You’ll work inside a high-growth company where your ideas matter
  • You’ll be part of a People team that values clarity, creativity, and care
  • You’ll help shape the culture and future of Kyra as we scale globally
