What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of brand accounts across enterprise fashion and consumer goods clients.
- Keep clients, grow them, and run delivery cleanly.
- Ensure team alignment and operational efficiency through better systems and technology.
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product.
- Identify and address any performance, scope, relationship, or margin issues early.
Lead the Relationship
- Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programmes.
- Build trust and have direct conversations when performance needs to improve.
Turn Insight into Strategy
- Translate data into clear, actionable plans using AI.
- Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain implications.
Own Delivery End-to-End
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across our full product suite.
- Ensure work is on-brand, on-time, and within margin.
Protect & Grow Revenue
- Manage renewal timelines and model scenarios with AI.
- Identify upsell opportunities and speak confidently about account growth.
Use Data to Improve What's Next
- Forecast performance and optimise mid-campaign.
- Ensure reporting informs decisions.
Keep the System Tight
- Maintain clean tracking and watch capacity.
- Address inefficiencies and ensure client feedback is captured.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years in influencer or creator marketing.
- Strong hands-on campaign experience, particularly with TikTok.
- Proven track record of account growth and retention.
- Experience measured against revenue, retention, or quarterly NRR KPIs.
- AI fluency and comfort using AI tools in workflow.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards.
- Enterprise fashion or consumer goods experience is a plus.
