About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Run the day-to-day of paid social campaigns on TikTok and Instagram for some of the world’s biggest brands.

About the role

You’ll join our paid media team, reporting directly to the Director, Paid Media, who leads paid media at Kyra. This is a hands-on, in-platform role: while our paid media managers own client relationships, you’ll own the execution that keeps campaigns live, optimised, and reported on. It’s a great step for someone a year or two into their paid social career who wants exposure to bigger brands and budgets at an established agency. We’re open to both freelance and permanent arrangements for the right person.

What you’ll do

  • Run day-to-day campaign execution across Meta (Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager — building, launching, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns for major consumer brands.
  • Pull, clean, and shape campaign data into clear performance reports — spotting shifts in delivery or results before they become problems.
  • Build client-ready decks and performance summaries in partnership with our paid media managers.
  • Track pacing and budgets across live accounts so spend lands where it should, when it should.
  • Keep campaign hygiene tight — naming conventions, tracking setup, and QA before anything goes live.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally at an agency.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager — you’ve set up, optimised, and reported on live campaigns yourself.
  • Confidence with data — you’re comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and can turn numbers into a clear takeaway.
  • Sharp attention to detail and the organisation to juggle multiple accounts at once.
  • UK-based, ideally in or around London — we’d love some regular office time together.
  • Strong deck-building skills in Google Slides, PowerPoint or Claude.

Nice to have

  • Experience running paid social for large consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with tracking and measurement basics — pixels, UTMs, attribution.
  • Client facing experience.

Benefits

  • We’re a remote-first team, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you do your best work.
  • Annual Time Off: 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year.
  • Growth: Annual Learning & Development budget to invest in your skills.
  • Rewards: Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work.
  • Healthcare coverage for US-based team members.

AI is core to how we operate. Use it to elevate your work. But everything in your application should reflect your own judgement and experience.
