The Role
As a Global Talent Partner, you own the entire hiring lifecycle and the systems that support it. The people we bring onto the team shape how quickly we move, the quality of our work, and the value we deliver to our clients. We succeed by building a team of exceptional talent, where every hire raises the bar. This role exists to uphold and protect that standard.
What You’ll Own
- Run searches end to end, from first conversation through to offer, across teams and regions.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously, maintaining momentum without rushing decisions.
- Spend most of your time sourcing, speaking with candidates, and closing roles.
- Build strong pipelines through both inbound applications and proactive sourcing.
- Keep candidates informed, respected, and clear on next steps at every stage.
- Build and maintain a reliable network of freelancers and contractors across key roles and regions, ensuring consistent quality and availability.
The System
- Own the hiring setup behind the scenes.
- Manage our ATS (Ashby), keeping data clean and workflows simple, clear, and easy to run.
- Automate repeatable work such as scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and offers.
- Keep hiring managers informed without unnecessary meetings, while ensuring candidates experience minimal friction.
The Team
- Hire across all teams, with a focus on roles that turn strategy into execution at Kyra (Sales, Client Solutions, Campaign Management, and Creative Strategy).
- Recruit for roles that require sound judgment, strong execution, and a balance of creativity with measurable outcomes.
- Focus on finding people who do the work well, raise standards, and strengthen our culture.
Partnering with Hiring Managers
- Turn vague needs into clear roles by asking the right questions, understanding hiring manager priorities, and defining what success and non-negotiables actually look like.
- Design interview and assessment processes that are fair, practical, and focused on what truly matters.
- Use data to improve decisions while maintaining a thoughtful, high‑quality candidate experience.
Who This Role Is For
This role suits a hands‑on recruiter with strong judgment who enjoys owning and hiring end to end. You move quickly without compromising standards and are curious and commercially minded, always seeking to understand the why behind each hire. You bring experience recruiting in startup or high‑growth environments, managing multiple roles simultaneously, and hiring internationally. You’ve built and maintained freelance or contract talent pools and are confident partnering with senior stakeholders. You’re a strong sourcer with a practical, straightforward approach, experienced in identifying and engaging high‑quality passive talent using tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
You Bring
- Experience hiring in a startup or growing company.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously (typically six or more).
- Experience hiring internationally.
- Experience building and managing freelance or contract talent pools.
- Background in influencer marketing, media, agency, or similar environments; an established network in these spaces is a plus.
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience contributing to employer brand growth is a plus.
What Matters & What Success Looks Like
We prioritise quality over speed, without losing momentum. The goal is to build stronger teams with clear standards and shared expectations. Every hire should raise the bar and move the business forward. Hiring should be simple to run, grounded in sound judgment and data, and focused on what truly drives results. The system works quietly in the background, keeping managers informed and candidates moving smoothly through the process. Within six months, the impact is tangible. Hiring is closely linked to performance and outcomes. Teams operate more sharply, are better set up to deliver, with clear, consistent standards reflected in results.
