What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Kyra’s growth strategy across brand, demand generation, and product marketing
  • Build scalable acquisition and conversion funnels across both our platform and agency offerings
  • Define and test Kyra’s go-to-market model for self-serve and enterprise users
  • Partner with Product and Revenue to shape messaging, positioning, and pricing strategy
  • Establish clear growth KPIs, tracking funnel performance from awareness to activation
  • Lead experimentation across paid, organic, and referral channels to unlock new growth levers
  • Guide cross-functional collaboration between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Mentor and coach Kyra’s internal marketing function to operate with data-driven rigour and pace

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record as a CMO, VP Growth, or Marketing Director within a SaaS or tech-driven business
  • Deep experience in growth marketing, product-led acquisition, and lifecycle optimisation
  • Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data, funnel metrics, and testing frameworks
  • Experience taking products to market and scaling ARR through both inbound and outbound motion
  • Understanding of the creator or media landscape a strong plus
  • Confident operator comfortable working across go-to-market, product marketing, and brand strategy
  • Hands-on, autonomous, and commercially sharp — able to drive impact quickly in a fractional setup

Engagement Structure

  • Fractional (approx. 2–3 days per week, flexible)
  • Remote, with optional in-person strategy sessions (London or EU)
  • 3–6 month initial term, with potential to extend
