Job Purpose
You will serve as a member of the cluster Leadership Team and Regional V to ensure strong cross‑functional alignment, disciplined execution, and delivery against defined objectives. Define, monitor, and enforce Market Access KPIs, holding countries accountable for execution, pricing sustainability, and access outcomes; proactively identify risks and lead mitigation strategies. Lead the development and execution of pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies, ensuring optimal coverage, sustainable pricing, and mitigation of price erosion across the product lifecycle, with direct impact on regional revenue and profitability. Partner with International Market Access to inform evidence generation plans for pipeline and in‑line products, ensuring regional access requirements are embedded early in development. Collaborate closely with several other departments.
Position Requirements
- Strong strategic commercial insight through experience developing national market access strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Health Economics background.
- Successfully navigated through multiple Health Technology Appraisals (HTAs).
- Proven Government Affairs experience.
- Extensive and up to date knowledge of the local healthcare environment regulations, policies and procedures at national and sub‑national level required, knowledge/experience working across multiple geographies and market access environments preferred.
- Possess expert national knowledge of reimbursement processes in healthcare via government and/or insurance companies.
- Clear track record of working with customers, patient organisations, policy makers and stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
- Proven track record of strong cross functional working capabilities.
- Excellent local and English language skills, language skills supporting other countries within the cluster are a plus.
