Job Purpose
Coordination, administrative support and project management and/or monitoring of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for GHEOR projects.
- Monitor project progress in accordance with timelines and budget, facilitating identification of risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support project coordination, aligning with project teams to develop and share plans proactively.
- Close tracking of GHEOR budget to monitor actual spend vs budget.
- Coordinate completion of monthly GHEOR report.
- Provide updates on projects to Global Head HEOR and Leadership Team.
- Provide vendor and stakeholder management, including selection of agencies, contracting, and tracking performance.
- Ensure work is compliant with internal SOPs and other relevant guidelines.
Position Requirements
- Essential experience in similar roles or positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree within life sciences.
- Project management qualification desirable.
