Job Purpose
Coordination, administrative support and project management and/or monitoring of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for GHEOR projects
- Monitor project progress in accordance with timelines and budget, facilitating identification of risks and mitigation strategies
- Support project coordination, aligning with project teams to develop and share plans proactively
- Close tracking of GHEOR budget to monitor actual spend vs budget
- Coordinate completion of monthly GHEOR report
- Provide updates on projects to Global Head HEOR and Leadership Team
- Provide vendor and stakeholder management, including selection of agencies, contracting, and tracking performance
- Ensure work is compliant with internal SOPs and other relevant guidelines
Qualifications
Essential experience in similar roles or positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Bachelor's degree within life sciences. Project management qualification desirable.
