Job Purpose
:

The Human Resources Intern will work as part of the EMEA HR Team and provide support with day-to-day HR activities and projects across the HR organisation. This will involve working across a number of our Centres of Excellence and businesses (ie. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Shared Services, Total Rewards and HR Business Partnering)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with key TA processes to hire against new requisitions on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Project Management support for contingent worker project and transition to Success Factors
  • Support HR Shared Services Advisor on employee lifecycle processes (contract generation, HR policies and procedures, onboarding/offboarding, employee letters etc)
  • Integral end to end support on Talent Review process, appreciation of talent identification, calibration, and programmes to develop top talent
  • Create a Talent & Development Engagement Plan to support engagement of learning and building a learning culture
  • Review corporate Induction and update/improve content where necessary
  • Project management support for implementation of Total Rewards Projects
  • Assist with preparations for year-end reward processes (salary/bonus review)

Qualifications
Position Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
  • You will be looking to complete a 12-month placement in your third or penultimate year of study, returning to your course at the end of the placement
  • Demonstrates clear and effective communication
