Job Purpose:
The Franchise Marketing Team is responsible for ‘Making Patients Smile’ by strategic and tactical development and operation of the Patient and Customer plan. We do this by leading organisational effort with our Oncology/Haematology portfolio across all Franchise functions and in close collaboration with the clusters.
Responsibilities
- Patient focus – Learn the principles of patient focus/customer focus and understand how this translates into pharmaceutical marketing and value generation for our end users.
- Strategy – Development and execution, taking key strategic principles into execution via key tactical programs, materials and activities.
- Operations – Facilitation of strategic and tactical plan across multiple interfaces from a geographic and functional perspective.
- Communication – Key competency in achieving strategic and operational deliverables across different geographies, cultures and personality types.
- Performance management – Strategy to Operational measurement and monitoring of KPI’s qualitative and quantitative.
- Matrix working – Understanding and capability of THE matrix, its importance and influencing/achieving through others.
- Personal development – clear focus on the self.
