Job Purpose: You will be part of the Global Medical Information (GMI) Team, within the GMCG Department, and play a critical role in developing and executing a framework for GMI. Accountable for the oversight and management of the entire GMI Content portfolio (MI Response Documents); ensuring that GMI Content is of high quality, medically/scientifically accurate, fair-balanced, consistent, compliant, and meets the information needs of external customers, thereby supporting the safe and effective use of Kyowa Kirin (KK) products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plan for GMI Content; drive excellence in GMI Content
- Lead and manage members of the GMI Content team
- Handle escalated MI inquiries
- Create/update/review/approve GMI Content
- Serve as a global SME on KK products and GMI content creation
- Represent and raise the profile of GMI within KK
- Generate and disseminate reports with valuable customer insights and GMI inquiry trends
- Drive continuous improvement in MI processes and establish best practices
- Support audits and inspection
- Adhere to all applicable SOPs, policies, processes, and compliance guidelines across all global regions
Qualifications:
- Education - Advanced degree in Health Sciences or related fields is highly preferred (MS, MD, Ph.D.)
- Strong direct industry experience in MI within pharmaceutical companies or medical communication agencies is essential and required
- Direct experience in MI Content preparation on a global level
- Experience working in a highly dynamic, changing, and matrixed environment
- Experience in people leadership, management, and development is desirable
