Job Purpose: The IT Business Partnering role is aimed at developing strong relationships across selected KKI business functions, understanding their unique needs, and supporting them in the achievement of their business goals and optimisation of their functions through technology. The role requires a “hands on” approach to support the selection, delivery and enablement of business and digital solutions which provide significant value add to the business at regional and global levels.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong trusting relationships with KKI business function stakeholders, ensuring open communications, visibility of forthcoming needs and challenges, and understanding of ICT capabilities and processes.
- Help deliver the model for the Business Partnering team to regularly interact with business function counterparts, understand their goals and prioritised requirements, develop aligned technology roadmaps and advocate for these within the ICT budgeting and planning processes.
- Interpret business requirements to make correct solution decisions, ensuring they accurately reflect the defined scope, and understand the relationship between products and overall delivery.
- Support the business in the successful running of RFIs and RFPs for technology vendor selection / renewal.
- Create and maintain necessary governance to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Support the delivery of solutions within agreed timescales and budget through a structured project framework.
- Demonstrable experience in ensuring new technologies and services are transitioned effectively to the relevant teams with necessary training and support frameworks.
- Be the subject matter expert for IT business systems and IT governance frameworks.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder management to ensure buy‑in for your product and approach to delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in a Business Partnering role, or a similar strategic stakeholder engagement role.
- Educated to degree level in relevant business or IT areas or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects across international regions.
- Experienced in the selection and delivery of business systems across multiple countries.
- Experienced working in the selection and delivery of digital solutions combined with COTS solutions.
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Management of suppliers including value for money in support of contracts and services.
- Has an interest in current and emerging technology trends, with a desire to share and promote opportunities to others.
- Ability to balance priorities and demands of an agile international business.
- Ability to adapt and provide flexibility in delivering business solutions.
- Able to work with highly technical teams when delivering results.
