KYORI Studio is a marketing agency working with ambitious consumer and DTC brands across categories like wellness, lifestyle, and challenger CPG. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join us and partner closely with our paid media team to drive better creative performance for our clients.
The role involves owning the creative strategy layer that sits between performance data and the work our team produces. This means analysing how ads are performing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid channels, identifying what's working and why, and turning those insights into clear, actionable briefs for designers, copywriters, and video editors.
You will be responsible for:
- Analysing paid creative performance across client accounts and surfacing insights that shape the creative roadmap.
- Developing creative strategies and testing frameworks for new and existing clients.
- Writing detailed creative briefs covering hooks, angles, formats, and messaging.
- Collaborating closely with paid media buyers to align creative output with performance goals.
- Identifying creative trends, competitor activity, and platform shifts that affect our clients.
- Presenting strategy, performance learnings, and recommendations to clients.
- Working alongside designers and editors to ensure briefs translate into strong creative.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid social and direct response - you know what makes an ad work, not just look good.
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and forming creative conclusions from it.
- Excellent written communication; you can write a brief that genuinely inspires creative work.
- Confident presenting to and working directly with clients.
- Curious about how AI tools are reshaping creative production.
If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you.
