As we scale our TikTok Shop offering, we are looking for an experienced and commercially sharp TikTok Shop Strategy Lead to own this service end-to-end across our client portfolio.

This is a senior, client-facing role with full ownership of TikTok Shop strategy and delivery at Kyori Studio. You will be the internal expert and the person our clients trust to grow their TikTok Shop into a meaningful revenue channel. You will lead everything from initial setup and strategy through to affiliate recruitment, content direction, product positioning, logistics coordination, and performance optimisation.

What You’ll Own

  • Strategy & Channel Growth
    • Build bespoke TikTok Shop growth strategies for clients across wellness, health, and beauty
    • Identify the right product mix, pricing strategy, and promotional mechanics for each brand
    • Set KPIs, track performance, and continuously iterate based on data
    • Stay ahead of TikTok Shop algorithm updates, features, and best practices
  • Affiliate Management
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage a pipeline of relevant TikTok creators and affiliates
    • Brief affiliates effectively to drive high-converting, on-brand content
    • Manage commission structures, sample seeding, and ongoing affiliate relationships
    • Build and maintain a thriving affiliate community around each client’s brand
  • Content & Creative Direction
    • Work closely with our creative team to develop content that performs in TikTok Shop’s unique environment
    • Identify winning hooks, formats, and product narratives that drive views and conversions
    • Coordinate LIVE shopping sessions — planning, scripting, and performance review
  • Product & Inventory
    • Advise clients on product selection, bundling, and listings optimised for TikTok Shop
    • Ensure product pages, images, and copy meet platform best practices
    • Monitor inventory levels and flag risks to clients proactively
  • Client Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients
    • Deliver clear, confident reporting and strategic recommendations in regular calls and reports
    • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the client portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (UK and/or US markets preferred) — ideally with demonstrable GMV results
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s affiliate ecosystem, creator landscape, and Shop features
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand margin, pricing, and what makes a product convert on social commerce
  • Experience managing client relationships directly, with the ability to communicate strategy clearly and confidently
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously
  • A genuine interest in wellness, health, and beauty — our niche matters
  • Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning something from zero and making it work

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a marketing or growth agency
  • Familiarity with TikTok paid media (Spark Ads, Shopping Ads)
  • Existing relationships with TikTok creators or affiliate networks in health/wellness/beauty
