About the role

As part of this, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Sales, Marketing, ICT and Finance functions. Operating at a senior level, this role sits at the heart of our HR offering and plays a key part in shaping organisational culture, leadership capability and employee experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that support performance, engagement and sustainable growth. This is a hands‑on role, combining strategic business partnering with operational HR leadership, ensuring continuity, consistency and high‑quality HR delivery across the business.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering
    • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
    • Support organisational design, workforce planning and change initiatives
    • Use people data and insights to influence strategic decision-making
  • Talent, Leadership & Culture
    • Lead succession planning, talent identification and development across key roles
    • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching and development
    • Promote a culture of inclusion, learning and high performance
  • Change & Employee Engagement
    • Lead and support organisational change, including restructures and transformation activity
    • Oversee employee engagement, communication and consultation processes
    • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations and organisational matters
  • HR Operations & Team Leadership
    • Lead and support the HR Operations team to deliver an excellent employee experience
    • Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant and continuously improving
    • Support the adoption of new systems and ways of working across HR
