Main Goal

To meet or exceed the monthly sales targets by proactively promoting the Kyocera range of ICT, Content Services and MPS Solutions, build strong customer relationships in order to maximise the portfolio and lifetime value to the customer. The role will directly report to the Inside Sales Manager and will align within the sales organisational structure.

Focus Market

Existing and new business across all market sectors – Commercial, Corporate and Public Sector. The role will ensure all sales opportunities utilise the entire portfolio of annuity or subscription services, hardware, software and professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales process from contact through to close.
  • New Business focus within Existing Print and New logo accounts.
  • Responsibility for Kyocera, Annodata, MCL customers low end requirements.
  • Proactive sales of selected Content Services, ICT and MPS Products & Solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of total BS & MPS Portfolio.
  • Identify decision makers within target customers & prospects.
  • Utilise full range of resource tools including but not limited to Business Generation Support, marketing, social media platforms.
  • Manage time to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Update, manage and maintain SFDC as per guidelines and KPI’s.
  • Respond to Service desk tickets (e.g. mobiles and T&M tickets).
  • Follow up on marketing run business campaigns.
  • Call focused targeted markets promoting key products and services.
  • Direct responsibility of all Business Solutions renewals below £20K threshold.
  • Develop day to day relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
  • High levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain good relationship with Technical Services Staff to specify customer requirement correctly.
  • Maintain close relationship with SOP staff to ensure the correct level of detail is provided, preventing delayed purchase ordering and invoicing.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exceed targets through structured approach and pipeline management.
  • Maintain efficient diary and time management.
  • Demonstrable previous experience within a sales role is essential; prior industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • Fully understand leasing & deal construction.
  • Results oriented, driven to succeed, achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competence in all MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Building rapport with customers – relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Comfortable with cross‑selling, offering alternative solutions to potential customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
