  • Provide legal support on dispute resolution, escalations, and commercial conflict management
  • Advise on GDPR, cybersecurity, intellectual property, data protection, and other regulatory topics
  • Support cross-functional teams with corporate legal advice, contract reviews, and internal governance
  • Collaborate on cross-border transactions, particularly within the EU and US regions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to balance commercial opportunity and legal risk
  • Contribute to team mentoring and internal legal knowledge sharing
  • Operate as a key player in a small but highly effective legal team, with high visibility and impact

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in England and Wales, with a minimum of 5 years PQE (required)

  • Ability to advise on cybersecurity clauses and incident-related provisions in contracts
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
