As an Associate Director, Learning Consulting in the development and execution of global learning strategies, this role is pivotal in driving business growth and fostering employee development. By bridging enterprise learning initiatives with practical implementation across diverse teams and geographies, this position significantly influences learning strategies on a global scale. Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and manage learning frameworks that align with business goals.
