b Overview /b p You will lead end-to-end cloud platform and infrastructure modernisations, aligning business challenges with target-state cloud solutions. In this role, you’ll design, deploy, and integrate platform foundations for generative AI and agentic systems, leveraging IaC and automation to accelerate delivery and reliability. You’ll work with AI engineers to ensure cohesive platform and AI workstreams, while championing security and observability across the delivery lifecycle. This role combines hands-on architecture with strategic guardrails to drive impactful platform modernization at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Be Well programs for financial, mental, physical, and social health /li li hybrid-friendly culture /li li career development with personalized goals /li li certifications with Microsoft, Google, and Amazon /li li coaching and hands-on learning opportunities /li li culture of empathy and shared success /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Translate business challenges into target-state cloud platforms across Azure, GCP, and AWS /li li Build enterprise Kubernetes platforms and GitOps-based delivery (ArgoCD) /li li Create self-service development environments and secure landing zones /li li Support platforms hosting generative AI systems (LLM hosting, LLM gateways, agentic workflows) /li li Own end-to-end delivery: CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) /li li Guide legacy app modernisation, microservices migrations, and API integrations /li li Implement security end-to-end: CI/CD tooling, Kubernetes namespace segmentation, managed identities, secure access in landing zones and hyperscaler /li li Manage connectivity and network security: SSL/TLS, DNS, secure endpoint access /li li Define architectural guardrails with policy-as-code / OPA, secrets management, compliance-driven engineering /li li Instrument platforms for observability (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) /li li Capture deployment learnings and share best practices for core platform frameworks /li li Contribute code, automated blueprints, and feedback to core platform teams /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years in solution and platform architecture delivering client-facing infrastructure modernisations /li li Hands-on with Azure, GCP, and/or AWS (landing zones, networking, IAM, cost controls) /li li Production experience with Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), and IaC (Terraform, Helm) /li li Experience implementing security end-to-end: CI/CD tooling, Kubernetes segmentation and managed identities, secure hyperscaler access /li li Experience with SSL/TLS management, DNS zone administration, secure network access /li li Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and microservices/API architectures /li li Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) /li li Knowledge of generative AI platforms: LLM hosting, LLM gateways, and MLOps/LLMOps practices /li /ul ul li Trusted advisor capabilities /li li T-shaped with deep platform engineering and broad IT consulting knowledge /li li Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps /li li Azure, GCP, AWS cloud platforms /li li Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD) /li li Terraform, Helm /li /ul
