You will join a team of Talent Acquisition Leaders that support a combination of markets and business practices, all forming part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for driving high-quality and efficient hiring outcomes across Early Careers and professional recruitment. They strive to bring innovation, competitiveness, and high-calibre experience within Kyndryl’s hiring process, thus contributing towards Kyndryl’s employment brand.
The TA Leader does this by creating and owning a country-specific Talent acquisition strategy to fulfil hiring demand in an agile, fast, data-driven and empathetic manner. The TA Leader communicates the strategies to ensure demand fulfilment alignment, supports planning of hiring campaigns and drives key TA performance metrics and objectives for the country or countries that they support.
They play a crucial role in executing overall recruiting and sourcing strategies, monitoring TA performance, identifying enablement needs, and analysing and reporting to proactively manage issues and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Service Delivery in assigned Country / Countries.
- Leads Performance Improvement Initiatives in Country / Countries in partnership with RPO & Operations Teams.
- Participate in Customer Reviews to provide core TA Performance MI & Insights.
- Owns & Manages Country escalations/issues.
- Owns “Initiative deployments” in the Country.
- Brokers & Co-ordinates support from other COEs & Country HR Teams as required to drive change.
- Partners with Business / Practice Aligned TA Leader to resolve issues, challenges within the Country or Countries.
- Builds a clear view of growth/hiring plans/work transitions and creates strategies to address in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Provides Market intelligence to inform strategic hiring plans / work transition projects.
- Reviews and analyses key Data sets (Satisfaction, speed, ageing, quality) to diagnose issues & identify solutions.
- Collaborates and coordinates with peers to avoid duplication & rework.
- Build strong working relationships with Country HR Leader / BP to ensure a connected approach to delivery and issue resolution.
- Shares developed best practices & learning with Peers for re-use to accelerate improvement.
- Act as talent advisors by providing insights into hiring trends, skill gaps, and competitive talent strategies.
- Ensure that the RPO provider is prioritising the right roles at the right time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Significant experience working with Recruitment Process Outsourcing Partners to fulfil Talent Acquisition needs.
- Must have worked in a Talent Acquisition Leadership role in an organisation leveraging RPO for Hiring Fulfilment.
- Understands the Governance processes supporting outsourced recruitment models.
- Has personally led Talent Acquisition Process Improvement / Transformation Initiatives with a demonstrable track record.
- Delivering Talent Acquisition Strategies and Services in a Multinational Business environment.
- Proven track record of driving and leading continuous process improvement initiatives & creating strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Strong critical analytical skills – able to synthesise complex challenges into parts and create logical, prioritised plans to resolve.
- Significant professional expertise working as a Talent Acquisition Practitioner in the IT / Managed Services / Professional Services domain.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Formal methodology: Lean Six Sigma.
- Agile Practitioner / Experience.
