The Role

Become a Customer Technology Advisor on our dynamic Go-To-Market team. Use your technical expertise to revolutionize technology solutions for our customers, collaborating with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners. Deliver value through engaging demos, presentations, and technical solutions, supporting sales, pre-sales, and delivery activities. Develop profitable deals by leveraging your technical knowledge, certifications, and understanding of customer needs. Lead pre-sales processes, coordinate stakeholder efforts, and foster relationships with external partners to co-create solutions.

Who You Are

You possess relevant experience, a growth mindset, customer focus, and inclusivity. Your technical background includes deep domain knowledge, experience in consultative selling, and recognized expertise in areas like vulnerability management or cybersecurity solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep domain knowledge of service offerings and technical solutions
  • Experience translating technical knowledge into customer insights
  • Prior consultative selling experience
  • Recognized expertise in areas like vulnerability management, cyber security, or operational resiliency

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor\’s or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of selling technical services across industries
